The Pat Brown Institute instigated a thinking conundrum today gambling on the fact that traffic and government need cohesion. Behind it is work, ahead of it is the economy and all the suckers that come with it.
Either way, it has come to a tail and whoever lashes out to it. Now wait a minute, whose should be taking the helm? Teachers? Students? The Government in it's bare ass nekedness? No, No, No!! This requires serious thought, and the only people to do it are those who we think we have advantage over.
Get them out there, and don't even think about Taxis, that is a cardinal sin in California and poor sap who takes that bait is destined to find sever trauma and of course financial loss. Naturalness and the automobile is what we were promising each other years back, but then again that is what happens when deception takes place. The truth is someone needs to guide the P.T.A. in Liberty and Justice to not clog the neighborhood and spit out gas. Someone needs to make sure that a major artery gets itself out of of that New York Mo-Mo our and into a Western motife, and some-one has to figure out how to make the freeways go again in Los Angeles. The government and the California Pipeline of power won't let go of their precious cargo and the Oil interest groups are riding it past hog heavan, past the end of the world, and probably into giant Space Worm's posterior, hoping that it is better than the those of livestock.
These things cannot come from government, but government will not let these things, go, waiting for the old Economy to come hither and make it run again. So they give out contracts and hail the north of the state as if it has not gone too far this time around. If the problem is not solved by good graces, and happy accomplishment, I guess we are no better than say, the Ukraine, or worse, Bulgaria!!
No one wants to go to an inter-governmental meeting in Southern California. It is like being stuck at your in-laws. I cannot solve these problems only "Policy-Makers" can but they are stuck sticking their heads up .... well for all practical purposes, call 'em incompetent.
